Diskölöka is an event collective from Škofja Loka, made up primarily of local young creatives brought together by a shared passion for electronic music and community.

Our mission is simple: to bring fresh electronic sound and unforgettable events to our hometown by showcasing both Diskölöka resident artists and established DJs from Slovenia and abroad.

The idea behind Diskölöka started with a desire for something different, something modern, original, and exciting that would bring new energy to the beautiful medieval streets of Škofja Loka through electronic music.

What began as a small event in the town center during the summer of 2018 quickly grew into something much bigger. The response from the local community exceeded all expectations and encouraged us to continue building and expanding the project.

Since then, Diskölöka has successfully organized multiple open air events at the Škofja Loka Castle courtyard, winter events under heated tents, and hybrid live stream music events hosted in local bars and venues, attracting several thousand visitors in total.

At the heart of Diskölöka is our DJ collective, currently consisting of 12 resident artists. But Diskölöka is more than just music and parties. It is a community.

Behind every event stands a dedicated team handling production, visual identity, public relations, venue preparation, technical support, hospitality, promotional content, and collaboration with local organizations and businesses. Every individual involved plays an important role in shaping the Diskölöka experience.
